1. This document relates to the rules of using cookies on the ATSI S.A. website (Advanced Technology Systems International), based in Zabierzów, ul. Krakowska 368. The website (hereinafter called the Site) is available at: www.atsisa.com.
  2. The Site does not automatically collect any information, with exception of the information contained in cookies.

Cookies are computer data, especially text files, that are stored on the terminal appliance (computer or other device on which you browse the Site) and are designed to enable use of the Site’s pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they proceed, storage time on the terminal appliance and a unique number.
  4. As a result of browsing the Site, the cookies from the following entities may be stored on the User’s terminal appliance:

This type of cookies store information on the time the User entered the Site, his previous visits on the Site and the websites that led the User to the Site.
    • eRecruitment Solutions sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) (ul. Prosta 51, Warszawa 00-838, Poland) - cookies related to the recruitment process, particularly to the ‘Career’ section of the Site. eRecruitment Solutions sp. z o.o. is an entity providing recruitment services and its terms and conditions are available at http://erecruiter.pl/en/cookies-policy.
  5. Cookies are used for:
    • adapting the web content to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the websites, in particular, these files allow the device to recognize the User and properly display a web page, tailored to their individual needs.
    • produce statistics that help to understand how the Users benefit from a website, which allows improving the structure and content.
  6. The Site uses the following types of cookies:
    • session cookies - user session identifier. These are temporary files, stored on the User’s terminal appliance and are deleted after logging out, leaving the Site or closing the browser.
    • persistent cookies - stored on the User’s terminal appliance until expiry or until they are removed by the User.
  7. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (browser) by default allows storing cookies on the terminal appliance of the User. Users of the Site may at any time make changes to the settings concerning cookies. These settings can be changed, in particular in such a way as to block automatic handling of cookies in the browser settings.
