ATSI recruitment process consists of three steps in order to provide you with exact and efficient information on our expectations and requirements related to the offered position.

  • The first step depend on you

    We are looking forward to receive your application after our vacancy announcement is published on our website or in the newspapers. We will contact you and invite to the interview to our head office in Zabierzów.

  • The second step – job interview

    It is the best opportunity for you to introduce yourself and let us know you better. Remember that good background work for the interview builds up your chances and makes you more self-confident. You can expect short tasks to perform. It helps us checking your different skills required on the position. You will meet HR specialist and your potential superior at the first interview. We will be also testing your knowledge of the job. All invited candidates receive feedback on the results in up to two weeks from the first interview.

  • The third step – decision

    If you convince us that you are the best candidate to the position, we will offer the position at ATSI to you.
